1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account or using any service provided by Megabet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and Megabet as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to register or use the megabet platform. Continued use of the platform after any term amendments are made will be deemed as acceptance of those amendments.

2Account Registration & User Eligibility

To register and use megabet, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Depositing money from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Never had an account closed at megabet previously due to term violations.

Each individual is only allowed to own one active account at megabet. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being frozen and balances credited back after investigation. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and true.

Megabet reserves the right to request additional verification at any time to confirm your identity. The Know Your Customer (KYC) process involves submitting your MyKad and proof of current address. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your withdrawal access.

Megabet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Any activity that occurs through your account will be considered your own action, unless you have promptly reported a loss of access to us.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

8Account Closure, Suspension & Freezing

10Term Amendments & Applicable Law
